What happens next
A confirmation reaches you
As soon as you send it, you get an email confirming the enquiry arrived. If it does not turn up, something went wrong on the way — write straight to geral@terraroot.pt.
We look at what is already there
Before replying we look at what exists — the site, the app, the spreadsheet doing all the work. We tell you plainly what we found, even when the honest answer is that it is not worth touching, or that you need less than you expected. That first look is free.
We come back with a proposal
Within one to two working days, with what we propose and what it costs, fixed before anything starts. We do not send quotes with figures left open.
Remotely, from Portugal
terraroot works from Portugal, for Portuguese clients and clients abroad. Projects run remotely from start to finish — that is how most of them run and it works well.
You always deal directly with the person building the software. There is no account manager in between repeating what they were told.
You do not have to know what you want before writing
It is enough to say which work repeats every month and who does it by hand. From there we propose: almost always a one-week pilot on your own files, which is what says whether automating is worth it before anyone commits to a build.
If the numbers say it is not worth it, we tell you that and the report is yours.
