Why most of these projects die at the demo
Building a demo with a language model is easy, which is why everyone has one. Getting it to run on real documents, every day, with nobody watching, is another thing entirely.
What separates the two: measuring accuracy instead of assuming it, deciding where a person is needed to review and where they are not, knowing what to do when the model does not know, and watching quality over time instead of assuming it holds.
That is the work we do. The artificial intelligence is the easy part.
